Mobile vat filling station / By PTO / Liquid manure / Self-priming
A customer required a powerful mobile vat filling station for
"bottom and above" filling of transport and spreader vehicles. The
vat filling pump was supposed to be operated by the PTO shaft of a
tractor. The customer emphasized the need for a pump with a long
service life, high resistance to wear and one that is very
user-friendly in the event of maintenance. A Accuvon vat filling
station with a Accuvon AX 250 rotary lobe pump was selected. Due to
the compact dimensions, the mobile vat filling station can be
transported easily and used very flexibly. After the PTO shaft has
been connected, the boom can be extended to a height of 4.20 m by
tractor hydraulics. The loading reach is more than 2.00 m so that
even large transport and spreader vehicles can be filled without
any problems. The horizontal alignment of the boom can be adjusted
manually. Alternatively, filling a vehicle is also possible from
"below". In order to ensure quick filling, the pipes are designed
in NW 200. The vat filling station belongs to mounting category 2.
